Shipping Policy

At Novah, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the information below to understand how our shipping process works.


1. Delivery Area

Novah currently ships within South Africa only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Typical processing times may vary depending on order volume, weekends and public holidays.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 8–12 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

While we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.


4. Courier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, Novah works with trusted courier partners, including:

  • Aramex Store-to-Door

  • The Courier Guy (primarily for larger or heavier orders)

The courier selected for your order will depend on factors such as parcel size, weight and delivery location.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.

Customers will always be able to review shipping charges before placing an order.


6. Free Shipping

Novah offers FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of R1,300 or more delivered within South Africa.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.

Novah reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional shipping offers at any time.


7. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier company and may take some time to appear after collection.


8. Delivery Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • severe weather conditions;

  • public holidays;

  • courier operational delays;

  • high seasonal order volumes;

  • industrial action;

  • road closures;

  • power or network outages; or

  • other unforeseen events.

We appreciate your patience should any delays occur.


9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, this may result in delays, failed delivery attempts or additional courier charges.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


10. Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, we recommend taking photographs before opening the parcel.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and assist you.


11. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process.

Where appropriate, we will provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws.


12. Multiple Shipments

Where necessary, your order may be dispatched in more than one shipment.

If this occurs, you will be notified where reasonably possible.


13. Public Holidays

Orders are not processed or dispatched on South African public holidays.

Delivery estimates should be considered accordingly during holiday periods and peak shopping seasons.
