    🫧 How does it work? +
    The BrushSpa™ uses alternating rotation with water and brush-cleaning solution in its washing chamber to help remove makeup buildup. After washing, move your brushes to the drying position and select a 2-hour or 5-hour setting. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for filling, positioning and operation.
    🖌️ Will my brushes fit? +
    The flexible silicone holder accommodates a range of makeup-brush handle sizes. Compatibility and the number of brushes you can use at once depend on their shape and size. Avoid forcing oversized handles into the slots, and follow your brush maker’s washing and drying guidance.
    💨 How long does cleaning and drying take? +
    The washing cycle runs for 5 minutes, with separate 2-hour and 5-hour drying settings. These are cycle times, not a guarantee that every brush will be fully clean or dry in one session. Results vary with brush density, moisture and makeup buildup.
    📏 Will it fit on my dressing table? +
    The unit measures approximately 17.5 cm high × 16.5 cm wide × 11.5 cm deep, excluding any brush handles extending above it. Allow extra space above the unit for inserting and removing brushes.
    📦 What’s in the box? +
    Your order includes one Novah BrushSpa™ device and one USB power cable. A USB wall adaptor is not included—use your own compatible adaptor. Makeup brushes and brush-cleaning solution are not included.
    🔌 Does it need to stay plugged in? +
    Yes. The BrushSpa™ must remain connected to a compatible USB power supply during use. It is not rechargeable and does not operate cordlessly.
    ⚡ What are the power specifications? +
    Rated voltage: 5V. Rated power: 6W. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions when choosing and connecting a compatible USB power supply.
